My name is Shannon O’Brien and I am one of Tampa Bay’s most reputable hard money brokers/lenders. I am based out of St. Petersburg, FL, and have been licensed and in business since 2007.
I have helped customers close on thousands of properties. These deals have created millions of dollars in profits for my clients. We offer some of the best terms on the marketplace for rehabs and rentals and we lend anywhere in the State of Florida.
About 50% of my existing clients are repeat customers and almost all of my new business is by word of mouth. Michael currently resides in Florida with his wife Nevene, their two beautiful daughters, Jada and Isabella, and their dog, Nuggets the Rate Watchdog.
Nevene has over two decades of experience in the lending industry, along with a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS). She is truly passionate about making a difference in her clients’ financial portfolios.
Nevene has built her entire business by referral, with a strong focus on educating her clients about the loan process, helping them understand the products available, and guiding them in managing their debt portfolios. She is also deeply committed to honoring her responsibilities to her referral partners.
As a seasoned specialist in the volatility of the interest rate market, Nevene is viewed by her clients as a trusted advisor in housing and financial strategies. She regularly offers financial education seminars designed to help clients, referral partners, and members of the local community better understand the ever-changing financial markets and the importance of effective debt management.
